Graduate Student Member Opportunities

IAMFC provides Graduate Student Members with a number of challenging and exciting opportunities! In addition to the benefits of professional members, the IAMFC student Listerv, and the Graduate Student Network, student members also can participate in the following activities.

ACA Conference Opportunity for Graduate Students

IAMFC recognizes the financial strain facing graduate students planning to attend ACA's Annual Conference. Those interested in volunteering their time at the IAMFC Booth and sponsored activities should email Kylie Blake , IAMFC Graduate Student Representative and Chair of the Graduate Student Network, for more information, including opportunities for help with conference costs. Recipients and volunteers must be IAMFC Student Members!

Student Publishing Opportunity

IAMFC also offers graduate student members with a unique publishing opportunity! For those students interested in publishing, a Graduate Student Column is published in each issue of The Family Digest, IAMFC's newsletter published three times per year. Requirements for the article include a length of 400-600 words, relating to the profession of Marriage and Family Counseling. All submissions may be sent via email to Kylie Blake at Kylie.blake@mac.com.
